The 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500 comes in nine different trim levels. You can get a Chevy Silverado Work Truck starting at $36,300. Other trim levels include Custom, Custom Trail Boss, LT, RST, LT Trail Boss, LTZ, ZR2, and High Country.

The LTZ trim level has a starting MSRP of $57,200. It’s equipped with 20-inch polished aluminum wheels and perforated leather-appointed front seating. Inside, you’ll find a 13.4-inch color touch-screen display and a 12.3-inch multi-color reconfigurable Driver Information Center. The LTZ trim level also includes eight cameras with up to 14 views and the Chevy Safety Assist to keep you safe on the road.

The ZR2 trim level impresses with Multimatic Dynamic Suspensions Spool Valve dampers and front and rear Elockers. The off-road cut front bumper and underbody aluminum skid plates allow you to take this truck anywhere. With 33-inch Goodyear Wrangler Territory Mud Terrain tires, the truck can take on any terrain. The starting MSRP for this trim level is $71,500.

With all the features of lower trim levels, the Chevy Silverado High Country adds even more luxury. You get premium leather seating surfaces with exclusive custom perforation and stitching patterns and authentic open-pore wood trim. You can add Super Cruise with trailering as one of the upgrade options. The starting MSRP for the High Country trim level is $62,100.

Engine and Towing Capacity

The power of the engine depends on the trim level you choose. The 2.7L turbo high-output engine with 310 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque is standard on WT, Custom, Custom Trail Boss, LT, RST Double Cab, and LT Trail Boss trims.

If you want to boost the horsepower to 355 with 383 lb-ft of torque, you’ll want to choose the RST Crew Cab, LTZ, or High Country models. You can also upgrade to this engine with the WT, Custom Trail Boss, LT, RST Double Cab, and LT Trail Boss.

ZR2, LTZ, and High Country trim levels all come with a 6.2L V-8 engine with 10-speed automatic transmission. This engine provides 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque, allowing you to take on big jobs for work or play.

With the LTZ and High Country trim levels, you have the option to choose a Duramax 3.0L turbo-diesel engine instead. The diesel engine impresses with 305 horsepower and 496 lb-ft of torque. This allows you to tow up to 13,300 pounds with two-wheel drive.

Exterior

The exterior of the 2023 Chevy Silverado is similar in design to previous versions of the model. Truck lovers aren’t looking for a big design change. For example, the ZR2 trim level has AEV Bison front and rear differentials, as well as AEV Bison front and rear bumpers. The ZRT trim level has a distinctly different bumper look, which is more black than metallic. The High Country model extends the trim design along the side of the vehicle, giving it a more cohesive appearance.

Interior Cabin

The Chevy Silverado drives on any terrain in the York, Pennsylvania, area, but it also prioritizes interior comfort. Spacious cabins offer 44.5 inches of leg room in the front, for the crew cab, double cab, and regular cab. The interior is functional and comfortable. You’ll find leather seating surfaces and matching wood trim inside the cab.

To keep your focus on the road, the 13.4-inch infotainment touch screen lets you use maps, play music, and control the temperature of the vehicle for your comfort. Each trim level also includes a 12.3-inch Driver Information Center to offer assistance when you need it, including input from the eight cameras on the vehicle.

Cargo Space

When you purchase a Silverado, you won’t be lacking in cargo space. This vehicle offers 89.1 cubic feet of standard cargo volume, which is plenty of space to load up equipment, materials, and gear for your job or weekend getaway. Every trim level comes with twelve standard tie-downs. To make loading and unloading easier, you can upgrade to a power up/down tailgate.

Entertainment and Technology Features

Chevy has put a lot of effort into updating the interior design and expanding the features available in the Silverado. For example, as an upgrade for the High Country trim levels, you can use Super Cruise, which is a hands-free driver-assistance technology. With Super Cruise, drivers don’t have to worry about speed or steering on many compatible roads in the U.S. It even works when you’re towing heavy loads, which makes the ride safer and more comfortable.

The Chevy Silverado already comes with Google built in. It allows you to use Google right on your infotainment display, helping you navigate where you want to go and find what you’re looking for.

Safety

The Chevy Silverado is a massive vehicle, which is why it comes with a trailer side blind-zone alert built in. It also includes eight mirrors, offering 14 different camera views for your safety. The standard Chevy Safety Assist offers additional safety features to help you navigate the roads and prevent accidents. This includes automatic adjustments of the vehicle’s high beams, pedestrian alerts, lane assist, following-distance indicator, and forward collision alert. These safety features can prevent you from following too closely, veering away from your lane, and accidentally hitting another car or pedestrian.

Test-Drive the Northsky Blue Metallic Silverado

The Northsky Blue Metallic Chevrolet Silverado 1500 features a deep blue color that makes this vehicle unique. It’s a color that’ll make your truck stand out from the crowd in a good way. If you want to take this vehicle for a spin, it might be time to visit our Apple Chevrolet showroom in York, Pennsylvania.
